Hope to meet you soon 🫶🏻 SALON POLICIES - PLEASE REVIEW ***NEW CLIENTS*** I’m so thrilled you’re interested in an appointment with me! Please make sure to review my salon policies before booking. In person consultations are required before any service and your New Client Waiver must be signed electronically prior to your appointment. CANCELLATIONS - A card must be on file to schedule any service. I require 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you choose to make changes after the 48 hour period, your card will be charged 50% of the services booked. If you no show your appointment, your card will be charged the full amount of services and you will not be allowed to reschedule. There are no exceptions to this policy. NO REFUNDS - I do not offer refunds on any services TARDINESS - Please plan accordingly and take traffic/parking into account on the way to your appointment. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, I ask that you contact me to let me know your estimated arrival time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to alter the services you were originally scheduled for or cancel your appointment all together and you will be responsible for a cancellation fee. If you are 20 minutes late and have not contacted me, you will be marked as a NO SHOW and charged 100% of the services booked for that appointment. Cancellation Policy
